You can earn points from any product in our store (except the Gift Card). You will get five points to start with when you create an account.

For every point you earn, you can use it to buy a product from the Hidden Gem to the same value!
The advantage of joining our rewards program
Get discounts! Oh and also create lists of Hidden Gems that you might want and share them with your family and friends via your Wishlist. By creating a Hidden Gem account, your Wishlist will be automatically saved.
How to earn more points
You can also earn points by sharing with friends. We will give you ten points for any successful referral. Just click on ‘My Account’ at the top right and then select ‘My Points’. Then click the ‘Get points’ tab and go from there. Once someone has signed up and bought their first item, you will earn 10 points!
Share/gift your points to someone special
If you want to share or gift your points to someone else, you can convert your points into a coupon, which can be used on the Hidden Gem checkout page. Just click on ‘My Account’ from the top right of the website, then select ‘My Points’. Then click the ‘Manage points’ tab and go from there. Once you have generated the special ‘coupon’ code, you can then give the code to your someone special. Please note that this coupon will last for 30 days.
If you have purchased a product recently, an account will have been made for you, automatically, as long as you ticked the ‘Create account’ checkbox on the checkout page 🙂 If not, you can sign up now.
Your points will expire after 12 months, but we will email you before that happens, so you won’t lose them 🙂
