Domestic Shipping

We calculate shipping costs on a per order basis, using your postcode and the weight and size of your chosen items, in order to keep this cost to a minimum.

At checkout you will be given the costed options of either tracked post, courier or courier with a signature, to choose from.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. Orders received after 11 am will be packed and sent the following working day.

All shipments within New Zealand should arrive within 5 working days of your order being packed and sent.

Further to the expected arrival date of your goods, you will receive an email inviting you to notify us of non-arrival.

If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly. 

International Shipping

We calculate shipping costs on a per order basis, using your national location and the weight and size of your chosen items, in order to keep this cost to a minimum.

At checkout you will be given the costed options of either international air mail, international courier or international courier express, to choose from.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. Orders received after 11 am will be packed and sent the following working day.

All international shipments should arrive within 14 working days of your order being packed and sent.

Further to the expected arrival date of your goods, you will receive an email inviting you to notify us of non-arrival.

We are not responsible for any hold ups on your order caused by local Customs and Excise inspections or charges.
