Tourmaline in quartz

Quartz is the Stone of Power, which energises, revitalises and purifies the physical, mental and spiritual bodies, stimulating a natural positivity. Less well known is that tourmaline will help identify the problem or block within any situation, perhaps through meditation or sitting quietly while holding a piece.
